What is FigBloom and who is it for?
FigBloom is property management software for landlords and property managers in Kenya. It keeps your properties, tenants, rent invoices, payments, maintenance and reports in one system, with separate access for owners, caretakers and tenants.
How much does FigBloom cost?
Pricing is based on the number of units in your workspace: KES 2,500 a month for up to 25 units, KES 4,500 for 26 to 100 units and KES 10,000 for 101 to 1,000 units. Above 1,000 units we agree a custom price with you. Every new workspace starts with a 30-day free trial, and you don't need a card to begin.
How do my tenants pay rent?
Tenants pay you the way they already do: M-Pesa, bank transfer, cash or cheque. You can record each payment yourself, or tenants can report it from their dashboard and you confirm it. Either way it's matched to the invoice and a receipt is generated.
I use spreadsheets today. Can I move over easily?
Yes. Add your properties and units one by one or in bulk, and import your tenants from a CSV file; a sample file shows the format. You can start with a single property and add the rest later.
Can I manage several properties and give others access?
Yes. One workspace can hold many properties and units. You can invite other property managers, owners and caretakers. Owners see only their own property, caretakers see only the property they're assigned to, and tenants see only their own lease, invoices and payments.
Do my tenants need an app or an email address?
No app to install: tenants use FigBloom in their phone's browser. If a tenant has no email address, you can invite them with just a phone number.
Is my data safe?
Each organisation's records live in its own workspace, and what each person can see depends on their role. Passwords are stored hashed, never as plain text. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and which providers process it.
